I know the manga isn't out in America, but is there a scanslation site or something where it can be downloaded, or a store to buy it from and a site with translations of it? And also, is this the same manga as the one I've heard about, that has a volume for each game?

And no, WA Flower Thieves is an original story. There aren't any translations available unfortunately.

Meanwhile, the "volume for each game" thing is different manga. I can't remember how many volumes there are, but they have that for at least WA3, WA4 and WAF.
